I offer Short-term therapy or in-depth medium to long term psychotherapy, providing a safe, discreet confidential environment for you to explore sometimes difficult emotions and feelings. I work in an integrative style, which means I do not work with just one model but incorporate different counselling models to suit your needs. We are all unique, so consequently I approach every client afresh. My humanistic approach means that I believe that you are the expert in yourself and our work together is designed to help you to uncover your own answers and realise your full potential.
Talking your troubles through with a therapist can often lead to a new perspective, but the role of the therapist is not to advise but rather to support and guide you through your journey and to work with you towards a greater understanding of self, allowing opportunity for change leading to an emotionally healthier way of being and relating.
